The wind at the South Pole just about always blows out of grid Northeast (about 020) which is straight down the skiway. I've drawn the DZ in purple so that it is easily recognizable.
The main operations are centered around the "*" near the center of the diagram. The diagram is oriented to show the 0 degree (or Greenwich) meridian as North.
